Professional Indemnity

Professional indemnity insurance covers the cost of legal defence and any resulting damages when a claim is made against your services. Claims may come from clients or third parties who suffer resulting damages due to the poor performance of or failure to perform your services. The amount of coverage, expressed per insurance year, covers the legal defence costs (fees for experts and lawyers engaged to defend you) and any damages in the event of a conviction.
